I didn't notice when I posted that that it was the 49th. Oh well, with any luck thezachadoodle will have posted before us so that it bumps me up to post 50.

This Maya dealy's pretty dern slick, if'n I do declare.

The average smoker spends $1500 per year on cigarettes. That amount of money could feed 16 impoverished third-world children for an entire year.

To those we loved and those we lost,
Are never far as a stone’s throw 'cross.
She whispers down, at will with lease,
By heavens grace she rests in peace.

A friend of a friend just died, in an instant, i told her that. I completly done it off the top of my head. I surprise even myself sometimes...

Something i wrote today after some thinking.

I stand on the edge of this abyss. The unknown lies below. Everything tells me ill die, every sense screams stop.
But I have no need to trust them. That first step, that nothing it’s hard to put to words but she compels me. I fall towards the mystery of this world and embrace it with all my heart
I said I would follow you to the end of the earth.
And I have.
My sweet, I will rest again under your embrace again.

Hmmm, I need to start writing more, i stopped again...

Time escapes me yet again.

Oh god not the heaven and poetry raaaaaaaaah

Can't we just say people die? If I die and someone says 'He lives on in heaven' or buries me in a church or something I will smite them.

I dont belive in god -_-"

More for comfort and solice.

This is a harsh truth, dont take it lightly, its based on my opinion, without the nice coating i normally cover it in. So it may be offensive to some closed off people.

Well would you like to hear?

I finally have found a way to finish my quote.

"I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes, that way, everything i said would be meaningful"

or

"I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes, that way, anything i say would be meaningful"

Am happier now.

The best thing to do is to let go and move on I think. I've lost people too and false hope isn't really anything they would like me to be encumbered with for the rest of my life.

Really?

I would rather have some comfort before moving on, at least then the thought would not be so painful, letting me to remember the better times.

Hm strange.

We spend half our lives in delusions of grandure. Who is thier not to say that the structure is a delusion and so, control is.

The difference between santa and death, thiers no one alive who can honestly say its not real. Not the way we portray it maybe, but still something.

// This is not a flame war, or polictal/religious flame. Were having a resaonable disscussion about it ^_^

And no INH, is'nt being rude, hes stating his opinion. For it to be rude, i would have to be openly offended, which am not.

Poor guy rarely gets credit for his work anymore.
I mean, the presents I get every year have to come from somewhere, and it's not like my family loves me enough to buy me stuff. It has to be santa.

Speaking of hitting targets...

How do I make realistic projectile arcs in DBP?
My projectiles go trough all kinds of odd directions and patterns, except a simple normal trajectory.

Dude. I have sort of the same thing, but I haven't had any close family members die. I think it's just partially desensitization due to the Internet (especially "shock sites"). I don't know if this is the same for you, but I sort of feel disconnected from everything most of the time. It's not that I don't feel the same emotions as other people, they just aren't as strong or not strong enough for me to feel the need to display them. For the first few weeks of college, my new friends thought I was a stoner because I'm so mellow all the time and had bloodshot eyes (though that was from lack of sleep). I think another part of it is philosophy -- can't talk about it too much obviously, but as someone who doesn't believe in life after death, I don't feel the need to be so emotionally concerned with every little thing that happens. It's sort of hard to explain...

Desensitization, crap happened, more crap happened, put on a brave face, the world got colder.

Story of my life, even now it dosnt phase me that i just mocked my own misfortunes. Lifes a - but most here dont need me to remind them of that.

Life goes on and we make the best of it, such is the way for all of us.
