No one said anything about the EMP cannons being perfect or firing continuously. And as for "knowing where you are", that doesn't even make sense. EMP is Electro-Magnetic Pulse. It simply fires a wave of energy which short circuits any and all electronic devices that are not properly shielded. It doesn't need to know where you are, it simply needs to be fired in your general direction, and BOOM, all of your electronics are permanently fried.
And no, Im not God modding at all.
First off, who said I had 768 bases? I never stated any specific number of bases I may or may not have. Even if I HAD said that, there's no reason I COULDN'T have that many. Maybe if they were ALL super-mega-indestructible death fortresses of ultimate power, then it would be pushing it. Second, using robotic soldiers is exactly WHY I can have a force of millions. Heck, even if I didn't use robotic troops, I could STILL have millions of soldiers at my command. There are approximately 6.8 billion people of earth, so why couldn't I have a few hundred million of them under my command? Plus, if I have both humans AND robots in my army, then it becomes even more reasonable.
Yes, shielding is easy enough to install on most electronics, but no shielding is perfect, and no matter how much shielding you slap on a piece of tech, a powerful enough pulse will always be able to short it out.
As for landlines, they may not get jammed like wireless signals, but they still get fried by an EMP.

Second, whoever Sir Coder is, he never sent anyone into any base. I was the only one who sent any troops into any bases. You are just making stuff up and saying that something happened when it did not.
