Also, I learned how to play part of the vocals to "Somebody I Used to Know" on my
ACOUSTIC GUITAR. (That's emphasized to make it more obvious it's a reference to something said earlier.) The song is not difficult at all to play btw. I'm lucky the highest note only goes to e20 as that's the highest accessible fret on my acoustic guitar. (I sold my electric guitar; I want a better one now though. And perhaps my effects pedal as well. I also want a microphone, and earphones. [I lost my earphones, and I don't like using normal phones as microphones as they have horrible quality and are, in general, completely inconvenient.])
I also found a metal version of Somebody I Used to Know on YouTube, after having searched for (and listened to) a metal version of "Call Me Maybe."

I like Git. I dislike SVN. Why? Git completed a rather large commit in 3 to 4~ hours. That same commit I tried in SVN across three days. Each time it took between 9 and 12 hours before failing with an error that made me start the process over again. Git also feels more intuitive to me than SVN. Also, branching is waaaaaaay easy in Git. I have not tried in SVN, but from what I've heard, it's an
event.
The trailer for the live action version of Rurouni Kenshin, which was apparently released in Japanese theaters a few months ago, makes me really want to see the movie. If I had the money (and knew the language and writing) I'd fly to Japan just to see the movie. (Hi. I'm a fan.) Also, I would like to see the
Another live action film. I would like subs though. I don't mind films being in other languages ("The Good, The Bad, The Weird" was quite enjoyable), but the subs are pretty much a requirement for me at that point. Although, for some movies, I could probably tell what's going on without the subs, I think the subs would make the entire experience more enjoyable.
I suck at graphics. I tried making a 2D tilesheet. I think the grass came out okay, but the water, the rocks, the EVERYTHING, came out horrible. The sand was just the grass with a hue change, and the lava was done the same way based on the water. I ended up grabbing and splicing some FF1 overworld characters together to create some rudimentary player and enemy graphics. It's not the
worst thing ever, but it probably takes second place. (That's a Hitchhiker's Guide reference, sorta.) Sometimes I'm not so bad at graphics, but my stuff isn't really all that usable.
