I'd like to say Bacon sarnie (I'm a softie, not one of those fool crispy people...), but we had free fry ups for years at my old company (to get us in early) and it probably took a few years off my life (plus you can go off stuff, even pizza and baked beans!!!!).

So I will go with Alpen (original and not the non-sugar version). For some reason I bloody love the stuff!!!!

Oh, and a bacon/sausage combo sarnie with brown sauce takes some beating...

Anyone for black pudding for a dark horse entry? Nice stuff.

Cheers

Well this is a new style of thread.

I eat fish mostly. Fish and cheeze (not mixed).

Pork Chops for breakfast? That's odd.

You say that, but I haven't drunk chocolate milkshake in over a decade. After finishing Uni I found that chocolate milkshake (especially the stuff brom BK) gave me massive DTs about dark rum (every other milkshake is fine). Used to knock rum back like no tomorrow. Tried it again a few years later and still was a bit dodgy. Weirdly drinking Bacardi gave me no problems.

Shredded Wheat and fresh fruit (rasps, strawbs, banana)

Toasted waffles with butter and honey is damn good too.

I rarely eat breakfast in the morning nowadays, usually just a breakfast cereal in the car if i do. But, i'm gonna have to go with bacon sandwhich too. If i want something quicker and cold, Cornflakes, with icy cold milk

Ah! A Uni breakfast!!!!! Used to think cold pizza tasted great. Being still pretty drunk in the morning helped I think as I can't stand cold pizza now

Hehe good old Uni. When I was too broke and there was nothing else left (and I was too hungover to go outside) I used to have jam on cheese (instead of bread). Just about stomach it (not a cheese person really unless it's melted).

Bah, WeetBix, Nutri Grain (cereals), with either or a bottle of coke. I feel like that now, shame it's 1AM, not really the ideal time for breakfast.

The remains of a kebab, generally found at the bottom of your bed from the night before...
Now honestly the ultimate breakfast is bacon, sausage and a fried egg on bread toasted on the outer side. I like my bacon done so its just going a bit crispy and the egg has to be nice and runny. Its also quite nice to put cheesey beans on it aswell, the cheese generally prevents the beans from all falling out of the sandwhich and offers a very nice taste!
However since that can only be eaten safely every couple of months I generally have either a bowl of: shreddies, coco pops or frosties. I used to have sugar puffs but they always made my tinkle smell (why is that?).

In Sweden we usually eat a light healthy breakfast. It's very common with porridge, sourmilk or sandwiches. When I was a kid I loved milk with chocolate powder and toast with cheese and smoked ham, then I removed the chocolate powder.

These days I make my own chocolate flavored cappouchino and I love Polar Bread (comes from the town where I grew up "Polarbrƶd" in Swedish) with cheese, smoked ham and red bell peppers. If you dip Polar Bread with cheese into hot chocolate it becomes very jummy!

Oh and I make killer bacon, egg and chili sandwiches but those are way too unhealthy an a bother to make.

Fruits (kiwi, mango, watermelon, papaya, grape, banana...) and yoghurt. I also like to make weird experiences with sandwiches.

*cough*
Sorry but I don't like pork chops in the morning, I start out with a full meal, but not pork chops, thats for lunch or dinner. I usually cook up one of my recipies that I made..yummy . Consisting of, egg sandwiches, toast, fish if we have it and I love an english muffin with blackberry.

I like to cook with onions and peppers in the morning, sweet though nothing spicy that early. Fruit is always welcome on my table as well.

I think in the USA anything is meant for breakfast lunch or dinner.

Left over pizza is good. But i usually have Crunchy nut Cornflakes. Or just bread (I can't be bothered toasting it).

If i had to pick a favorite breakfast.. Then I'd go for:

Sausage
Bacon
Fried egg
black pudding

All in a granary bread roll, with some HP sauce. (Only if I don't have to make the damn thing!)

My grandma's brother lives in Sweden. When I was there I had only a cup of milk & one sandwitch (only with butter) - of course the others had normal breakfast...
Now I have no time for breakfast & often my first meal is a dinner...

You can get sweet french toast? Really? Wow, that suddenly sounds really really nice. Where have you been all my life? Starving now... Beer will have to suffice... Ah, sweet beer...

And did someone mention pancakes? Ok, totally not a British breakfast, but could totally do with classic shrove tuesday pancakes right now (nice and simple with sugar and lemon juice)... Luckily beer helps out once again...

Cold cereal is good (Raisin Bran, Shreddies, Mini Wheats, Golden Grahams, etc.)

But my absolute favourite:

Bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and toast. Cover it all with ketchup (aside from the toast, which should be covered with peanut butter and jam).

Dump it down a few vats of black coffee.

Makes me hungry just thinking about it....

Never done anything for me. I've been drowsy and falling asleep after like 5 black coffees and 3 Pro-plus tablets in Uni (all night attempts to finish work due next day). Everyone else is like on the ceiling and I may as well have had a nice mug of hot milk or something. Yawn...

Sigh. Back to my glass of water...

Me too, actually. I don't drink coffee for the caffeine as it has little to no effect. Tea will keep me up at night, but coffee just puts me to sleep. I like coffee for the taste, and will drink instant or decaf if there's no other alternatives.

EDIT:

Never liked it. Quite like a cup of tea though. On the other hand when i was in Paris I had a lot of espresso. Was bloody gorgeous (even at the airport)! Best coffee like ever, and right up there on my top drink list. Lovely. Everywhere else though espresso tastes like arse. Vodka has less kick to it. Even Starbucks (love that place) doesn't do it right. Considering France is like about 20 miles away from England you would have thought we could copy it. Paris is really an amazing place, but I would move there for the coffee
