Inspire thats just silly. It's his opinion so please leave him alone. imagine you say: "Crysis is the best FPS game ever!" I could say: "But you haven't tried every FPS game so that's ignorant to me." Again, I'm not trying to attack you, I really like Gone and I used to like you, but now your attitude is pretty harsh to some people.

By the way, if you set the lightmapquality to 50, and set the lightmaptexsize from 512 to 312, you have fast loading levels and great results.

Why would you want to reduce the lightmaptexsize the point is to increase visual appeal not downgrade it futher....and why to 312 and not to 256 which it should be??

well nothing new to report yet just playing around with settings ect.New ideas blah blah the usual stuff...

Other than that I have decided to choose a level from the series of levels I made to use for the final game I decided on using the very first map I made for FPSC that was used in Nvidia compo...

I like that one the best.

Like I said in that thread it is a pointless shooter game with no story to follow ect.

I decided however instead of using the same textures and entities over all 16 levels each level will have different textures and entities placed on different locations...

But bewarned as I explained you get 100 health on each level your health decreases by 10 each level upto level 9 where it will stay at 10 till level 14 level 15 and 16 the general idea is to make it nearly uncompleteable with only 1 health and enemy health also at one it will be one shot kills that count...

Because the entities have now ranges it uses for detection it made my life easier so yeah there will be no creeping up on entities before they detect you so it will be instant action...

The fun part is that most entities will have weak weapons that will do no damagde what so ever it gives me enough time to spawn
an enemy right behind you...HAHAHHAH

Yeah got the required look I wanted still a little too dark...

Today I got about 8 levels converted texture wise still alot of entity placement has to be done ect.I'm hoping to get it done by month end....

Then I'm moving back to my first game I was planning on making.Suprised as you may be for a change it will be story driven game.It will require completely custom textures segments and entities to fit the 1930's New York theme.

Hopefuly I can get pointless done depending on how quickly Lee gets the models packs converted.My X10 is itching to get hands....!!!

I think it is some of the best Level design i´ve ever seen in a FPSC game.
A little question: Do you have any story for this game ?
