Here's a small preview of my first release of 2010. Basicly, I'm doing a rebuild of my original "Dark City" model pack.

Back then I was just starting out, and it annoys me to see them left that way.

This pack will contain an assortment of buildings that reflect the popular Art Deco style. From Skyscrapers to smaller 2 and 3 story shops, damaged buildings, Rubble of all kinds, Street props, as well as several full interiors, again fashioned with a classic art deco look, with a bit of Nouveau thrown in as well.

The list is way too long to post, so I'll show you some screens.

All new entities:

All new segments:

There's even some animated props like this ventilation piller.

The buildings are detailed but remain low poly for best performance.

Some are complex, while others are simple in design.

Then of course, some are Cosmic!

Well that's all for now my friends, This pack is just getting started, and there will be tons more to see soon. C&C always welcome, as well as any contributions.

See Ya Soon!

In the Universe, nothing ever stays the same.

This looks like the best pack yet. I can't wait to include some big jumps between these STELLAR building models that you've produced. cosmic prophet, you, sir are one generous man. I am forever in your debt (as are most people on these forums when I think of it)

I am going to keep a really close eye on this thread.

The last bulding is awesome! And ofcourse every other one, but the last just made me fall of my chair and now you have to pay for hospital bills and everything, cause it basically was your awesome models fault...

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things that I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.

Thanks so much guys!

Of course. look in the second street shot on the right.

I would love it if I could lay out the whole city on a single map. but alas, your city would need to be broken up into smaller sections, and played through, using several maps to explore a city sized area.

I would give anything if Lee, and the crew could manage to increase the size of the level maps.

The Master Dinasty: Yep. Milkshape 3D, UVMapper Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.

Now and then, if I need a more complex mesh, I'll use Hexigon from Daz, to build the piece I need ( Hexigon does not export to Direct X formats), So I import it into Milkshape for the final build, and exporting the .x file.

Guys, I had to show you this. Here is the Deco Cabinet with Bond1's Shaders applied. I'm in Heaven! Bond1, Thank You my friend!

And here it is with all maps, and softer lighting.

We should get everyone of the legends together to make a game...Bond1, Kravenwolf, Cosmic Prophet, EAI, Plystire, etc. should all team up and make a game. That'd be sooo cool.
