Hehe, I was trying to convince my brother to print out a pyramid and take a photo of it on the dashboard of a Chinook (he's a heli' supply officer in the RAF) - but he flat refused - some rubbish about smuggling small packages on board choppers.

You gotta leave the compo open to give me a day or so to come up with something ingenious - or daft, whatever .

Same. I had a male one but it always got it's ball dirty and I had to clean it(unless I want a laggy mouse)...

And aventually, I broke something around It's ball and it died.

unfortunately i don't have the time to build one just now but the best i could thing of to do with it would be maki it hover over my case fan, anyone tried that yet?

just thought of another idea that i'm going to share since i think Final Epsilon will win anyway (deservedly) use the pyramid to disguise a webcam, put a small hole in it and put the camera inside.

I'm considering learning to make magnets float then make it float...now to rip up some circuitry to make sure the wires don't melt (V=IR - I increases so it gets very hot - I have burns to show for it)

N30F15H, your idea is possible, but exagerated. You can also use very thin strings that are almost invisible on the picture.

IanG Surreal Studio, I don't think you're right, because I even can't show the images that are uploaded with Rich's forum upload system.

Actually,

V=IR
P=VI
P=(IR)I
P=I^2*R

So it's either:
Voltage (Volts) = Current * Resistance
or
Power (Watts) = Current Squared * Resistance

Ahh, Physics, is there anything it can't solve?

An example of 'invisible strings' is on page 1 if you search for 'DarkBASIC Lamp', You'll find my entry, I stumped members of IRC into thinking shadows in that were wrong, and it was rendered, because they all failed to see I taped the Pyramids onto the lamp using sewwing thread.

E could have been used to represent emf(electro motive force, maximum supply voltage) which would be why he wrote E=IR but he correct equation is V=IR as has been stated.
E(energy) = IVt = Pt = R(I^2)t = t(V^2)/R = VQ etc....
