Don't worry at all Pitch, I have no plans or disiar to abandon this project, not even a little bit of me wants to! So I will continue making this game untill it is finished completely. Maybe, if this game sells good, I will make a sequal, but that isn't really being thought out right now.

I finally managed to download your demo. I have to say it was pretty damn good.

The only thing I don't get is why in every FPS game I play I always have to start off with a crap gun. Also I found there wasn't enough ammo. Other than that I really liked it.

Good Job.

I am back! I know I havn't replied for a long time, but I had an idea for my game. Has there ever been a FIRST PERSON SHOOTER that the player is free to roam any where on the map, like the Grand Theft Auto series, and there is lots of stuff to be done and the missions take place in one single huge map? I am asking this because I am thinking of a free-roaming first person shooter that the player is in control and can go where ever he/she wants. Tell me if there is a game out there that does this.

Anyway other than that I have been kind of working on my game, but not that much. I have been playing a bunch of other games to get ideas and I think I am going to try some ideas that I have come up with. More screenshots coming soon...

FPSC can't handle big outdoor spaces, lag will be a problem.

Yeah, I tried that same thing once and let's just say it wasn't pretty. It was lagging so poorly.

I'm afraid I suffer from signature writer's block. Oh well, who cares.

I am not really talking about OUTDOOR places, I know that outdoors do lag a lot. I am talking about indoors. A huge building that missions take place in it. I will try to do this, I know that this is going to be pretty hard to do, but I would like to give it a try and see what happens. I want to take FPSC to the max level it can do, but thanks for your feed back you two! It really relies on the opinions of the people!

I'll have to check out your demo; I like the way things are layed out in your screenshots (especially the last one). Good work.

This has been going up and down the forums for sometime, lots has changed and I would advise that instead of bumping an old extended thread, make a new thread to propperly show off what you have done.

@Cocodude
Thanks for the chainsaw cocodude and thanks for your comment!

@Merranvo
Ya, I think this thread is getting too big and has a lot of replies in it. I will create another thread when I have more screenshots, but thanks for your concern.

I'm not sure is it necessary to make new thread for this project. Maybe then when you have full version ready or something important happens in developing process.

if your looking to sell your game, having music by mainstream bands could lead to a lawsuit if you dont have written permission from the artists/record label.....but very nice screenies! demo was awesome.....keep up the good work!

@Just Another Skater: The music from those artists are not going to be used! That was part of the beta stage. I am making my own music so there is not going to be a lawsuit. Also this forum page should be locked because I made another forum page right here to properly show off what I have changed and show that I am not in the beta stage any longer:
