Yes, there's a game called Zombies by a French Outfit called Krysalide - see
Zombies.
To be honest though you should be ok with the title Zombies: The Game as theirs is simply called Zombies. A title can't be copyrighted anyway (as far as I know) there are plenty examples of this in film, it's the content that is protected.
Your screenshots look quite nice, you should intermix dark sections with ambient lit sections. That way the player can get an idea of the lay of the level but still feel cautious since they don't know what's lurking in the shadows.
The key to this is to keep the player on their feet, so scare them now and then (especially early on) by placing enemies in obvious dark places but then when they might become expectant of such tactics change the placement to surprise them once again.
