It looks like an eye, with someone in daisy dukes and a white t-shirt with a building and stuff in the background. My first thought was a snake, but aparently that is not right. I have no idea... a Lemur?

You are almost entirely correct. I did take the picture laying down and it is my cat (Cassi) but I was outside in the garden and I have never noticed that I was in the reflection!
