Thanks! And it totally depends on what the director is going for. Lots of shots can be started right in the middle of the movement, or some directors will choose to start it stationary and move the camera along with the action. It really just depends on what they're going for.
I didn't want to have a lot of boring static shots leading into up and down movement, so that's why I edited them down to just the moving parts. That, and anytime I started to move the camera the tripod jiggled and everything shook pretty badly. I have to find a way to solve that little problem!
