Well, thats odd-go to File>>Preferences and make sure lightmapping is on..And make sure that the light isn't sitting inside an entity or segment, its gotta be outside. But I really don't know...

Ok heres a screenie to show you the lights no working only the ones above/behind me.
See how the wall lights are finally lit up like they are turned on, but look how the light effect isn't working, its still dark.
Then when i walk closer to one, boom a big light around the wall light justs flicks on and boom that little wall light area has light.

Maybe because its just "TestLevel" maybe if i "Build Game" and then play the game the lights will work, this happend before on a few things, somethings didn't work for some reason when i TestLeveld but when i went to Build Game then played the excutable or w/e you wanna call it, it worked.

So I'm going to try that.

EDIT- That didn't work ether.
Arg.
I might just move on.

Look at the lights Main Script if your sill having problems.
make sure its on Light1.FPI
and make sure its Static

that should fix your light problem.
If not then just re-install FPSc and that will definitely fix it unless its your computer.

Ok i got them to work in a way.
I'm creating the "Testing Room" now, going good so far.
You start off with a colt 45, i need to replace that with like a glock of some sort, some I'm have a look around the forms and maybe FPS files.

New story for the game is coming to, as for the one that i have is rubbish and dumb.
EDIT-New story is up! check the first page and the first post i made. I replaced the old one with the new one.

The way your story was written suggests a comical zombie send up. So i've edited it for you, use this if you wish.

It's a normal day at work for you at "Human Body Technology Labs", the company in which you are head of security. HBTL strives to create new ways to improve the human body and allowing it to function better. Although their medical advancements have gained world recognition and approval, something else is experimented on in the basements of the facility. Toxic chemicals and waste are developed into weapons for the military. The powers of the new "Bio weapons" have proved more deadly than any bomb, infecting test subjects in unimaginable ways...
During a routine experiment with the weapons in Alpha sector, the equipment went out of control, exposing the scientists to massive amounts of radiation. Panic spread throughout the facility as the building was automatically locked down. Before you could reach the security block to manually override it, something smashed through an air duct above you, knocking you out cold.
You wake up to find the facility in ruin. Your fellow security guards lye all around you, mutilated, almost beyond recognition. Your only option is to take your side arm, and fight your way through the hordes of mutated creatures to freedom. The question is... do you have what it takes to survive?

Testing Lab is almost done just a few adjustments and it should be playable then i can move onto the lobby.
Hoping to get the lobby done, then i will be able to upload a beta demo for you guys to play and get a feel for the game.
Of course there wont be any cut scenes or anything special as for its not the full game and its still in building process.

Hmm i tested the excutable version of the game, from the game build, and all the walls were missing the hallways walls were missing, idk if that will happen if i upload it for you guys, idk why the walls are missing.
Anyone know why this might have happend?

EDIT-Also i downloaded it off of filefront after uploading it, i tried playing it, a screen came up, it was black, and nothing happend, i had to pres alt+ctrl+delete to bring that menu thing up and end the program.

Ok here is the demo link.
Some facts about the demo.
The walls may not be therem well the hallway walls and the testing lab and some of the lobby, I'm not sure if it will for you guys, but it did for me idk how to fix that.
Its is buggish in some areas like the zombies get stuck out they don't seem to notice your there/attack till your a few feet away.
Your first weapon is a colt 45, its in the hall once you leave the Briefing Room, i thought it would ass a little thought "Hey your the main security guard, were is your side arm?" so yeah just when you leave out the door go to your right first, i plan on replacing the colt 45 with a glock.
Its only a beta/demo, so the areas or rooms i should say are still being fixed up and ect.
There is no custom menu or anything, i plan on trying paint.net, i heard its easy and good for making menus and such.
No custom sound yet, i will mess around with Fruity Loops later tonight, I will try and buy a head set this weekend so i can do voice acting.
Umm hmm i will inform you on things later.
Heres the link.

Game is doing well.
How is the demo i released?
Anyways.
For the next room you go into, your going to need a elevator key.
You have to go through the halls in search of every little janitor closest and look for the key.
This is the cool part.
You go down a level, you go underground, were the bio Chem accident happened, and its your job to make sure any survivors get rescued and to see what really went wrong.
After that you take another elevator back up to a differnt part of the lab facility back to the human research section and ill leave the rest for you to find out.

I will provide links monday.
