Granted, but the elephant is so perfect that the government wants it for military purposes. So they steal it and lock you in a secret cell somewhere until you die.

I wish that I had a crappy un-inflated, destructible, flammable elephant but it was located on the opposite side of the planet.

Granted, but you confuse all higher powers with that wish, so they start an war that destroys all existance.

I wish Dark Basic Professional got an update that made it ten times as fast at everything, get a huge number of new, and extremely useful, commands, that gives much greater power to everything, which means much better collision, much better mp commands, much better 2d and 3d commands, ability to use OOP, several fast and good scripting languages, better physics then comes with Dark Phyics, better AI then comes with Dark AI, added support for multithreading, added many useful low-level commands (both "normal" low-level commands and commands that gives low-level access to images, 3d objects etc), and much, much more.

Granted, Aes Sedai hit you with balefire burning you retroactively out of existance to the time prior to you making that wish... which incidently makes this granting null and void. It has never been granted.
