Well, this week I moved back to Ubuntu almost full time. I'm starting to get into Ruby on Rails more and more, and Rails development is just better on a Unix based system.

I'm using:
Theme: Shiki-Colors (Blue) (This is the best black theme I have seen for Gnome. Every other one makes half of everything unreadable)
Wallpaper: Killer Tux (Half way through that page are the downloads for it)

And just today I found the Gradient iCool theme that goes GREAT with my gnome theme.

Now I just wish there was a way to make Pidgin look like it fits in.
