dbpro all the way, well dll's for multiplayer most likely, for a while i was using darkbasic classic with fixed code (hence the no water mark) which my father had rigged, he has been having to convert fortran to c, so he had no problem with it! but anyway this is a dbpro project. alright then ill have to send some mail with specifics. however what areas do you whish to take care off? i dont care which, whatever you want.

alright then, ill be busy most of tommorow, but still be posting, ill try to e mail ya then. And i wouldnt put the task of multiplayer on anyone, seeing how its one the worst things for a programmer to program. however, what is your strongest point in programming?

Wow, lighten up a bit mate. There are a lot of jerks out there, yeah. But that shouldnt give you some kind of bad stereotypical image on all humanity (i think it made sense). What you need is some more self-confidence...

@ff7 convo:
I just started playing, am at Tifa's bar...

You guys really laugh at words like poopoo? I just call it "crap"

But when referring to genitalia, I can't get away without... giggling like a girl. Me, I like to call it a "ding dong." Just recently have I learned to use "tally-whacker" as well, which makes me ponder about the BT mech "Bushwacker."

Imagine it: I'm 17 and I prefer to call it a ding dong. Hooray for euphemisms!

I spelled "disappointment" wrong. Pahintulutan ang di-inaasahang nakakahiyang pagkakamaling dulot ng kamangmangan. Have at you.

hey i wanna model cloud, as int eh dodgey polygonal model on the ps, not the super cg one, are tehre any already floating about these forums? i think i saw one ages ago ont eh 3d forum, might search later. i just took aeris home after barreling the turks. i saved it before we went in which is good cause she asked me if tifa was my girlfriend and i said yes, but im in two minds as to who i should choose, specially after i realized that a girl i had some strange crush on even though i never spoke to her, (she just looked fine), was so attractive to me cause she looked full on like tifa

Lol, your really 'role-playing' there.
I belive that by answering to her like that, and making it so blatantly obvious that you prefer tifa, you may not get the chance to date Aeris later on... But that's fine, if your a 'tifa man' then so be it, but to me, shes too manly...(with the kick-arse fighting toughness and all...)

yeah true, but u see thats just her exterior that she plays cause inside she is cut up about cloud not telling her he loves her, its obvious that she like shim, but he is totally gay untill aeris pops up and he falls in love with her, making tifa all the more woe. but tifa would be so soft inside, and i mean that in a clean way.

Yeah, I see your point. Cloud is totally up himself at the start - Aeris brings out his softer side..
Just some notes:
-Y'know that Jessie guy? He's gay, I've just noticed. (or so I believe)
-And just outside Sector 7 (the place with the 2 shinra guards), at the top, there is a guy...well, he seems to be pleasing himself...

yeah i was always confused as to wether jessie was a girl, seems to have pointy boobs, and there are a few references taht cloud says liek she asks him if s/he loosk good in this train outfit, and you say yeah, makes you looke manly. and s/he replies " realy?! thanks! err, i think ..." so i dunno if jess is actually a girl that they all think is a guy or just a non descript character, doesnt particularly matter, they all die when the sector collapses.

so then.....why are you talking about ff7 exactly? huh anyway im sending this from school so i cant send stuff or anything.

@ digitalmodr, how do you feel about putting in some 3d programming (bsp maps, models terrains, matracies), as i have not paid to much attention to the 3d command set. however, i should take a look at em.

I'm really confused, did I skip a post where Sage Tech said he didn't program what's in the screenies. I mean, he's practically admitted that he can't program what he's spent so long saying he could. I'm really confused.

@NathF
I had the FF7 walkthrough (lent it to a mate years ago and haven't seen it since) there's an alterative route around that part of the game. If you continue getting items after you've got the basic desguise you'll look so good that your the one that's picked to 'entertain' what's his face.

cause you're adopted and we don't love you. now stop interrupting our ff7 topic unless you have something important to post about, like say, A FREAKIN DEMO.

haha yeah i got passed the don the other night, im up to teh bit where im gonna bust into the shinra building, i was gonna play it but it was late so i thought best i get some sleep (have to write up a format for my tv show tonight, which has changed from just a paranormal tv show to a wayne's world style program where we look at music video games and the last segment will be on paranormal stuff.) but seeing as my co-host isn't online yet i might just go back to shinra. rescue aeris, then marry her. I been selectin all teh i love aeris options, like when marelene says she asked lots of questions about you , i think she loves you, and you say lets hope so, but then she says i wont tell tifa. and im like oh no blurnsed! and mouse sorry that we are off topic here, but if sage is gonna keep postin nothign in this thread making it go to the top may aswell be something interesting

I'm stuck on the last darned sequence of bosses.

More detail in code box.

I'm still stuck on FF8 too. At least FF7 made it possible for you to beat the game without insane amounts of grinding, it was just plain ridiculous in FF8.

How goes development SageTech?

It happened to me before (first time I played). Just train a bit. There is this small section in northern cave that gives like a LOT of ap (or whatever) to level up materia. Train there for like 20min, and youll be able to beat him. With things like quadra cut, you can destroy bizarro with ease, then for safer, its only a matter of using omnislash...(if you have that)

Oh yeah, FF8 was insanity. The last Ultimecia, was like - unbeatable, took me friggin like 40min to beat her - same with FF9, where the last boss was some guy named 'Necron' never even mentioned in the game... (which was a little easier)
