Well, well, well. It seems AI's being reborn already making a new Kola...congrats, Mr. and Mrs. AI!!

I've changed; check a look in my thread 'A public apology...' in FPSC Chat for details. Kola is a WIP, now that I've got all I need to make it, we can start.

I've a small poll for youse, just choose which level you want to be level 1:
-Warehouse
-Derelict Building
-Outside field area
-Bunker
...just say 1, 2, 3, or 4; A, B, C, or D; or any other...thing...you want to say. I'll tally up the votes and decide!

Oh, and to the mods: Sorry about making this thread, I want to push my past out of my head, if you don't mind.

The obligatory screen is attached, even though it's old, it's still a screen. (The attached one is my favorite.

New AI, welcome to the forums. I read your apologies and I respect you much more than I used to. Usually I just thought that "Oh, another change of plans.. another.. another", but now I have a small weird feeling that you might succeed with this project. Good luck buddy!

Hmm...Don't know whether or not to believe you.

I say Outside field area, because you designed warehouses all over the last (12) something games you've messed around with.

Outside field for the reason that every one of your warehouses have failed so far.

@ AaronG & Butt monkey: Outside field it is! I'm deciding for a change, so I'll try and get it done.

I'll be sure to get a rough draft of level 1 done sometime today or this weekend.

I've got a story for level 1:
"Me and the boys were near a large field. We scouted out a section and tossed the football around. The game lasted for about an hour. Afterwards, we sat around in a bombed-out farmhouse, passing the time, ralking about friends and family back in the state; the K-Rations were another story. Even though I wasn't hungry, I wolfed that paste in a can, we call it, like I haven't ate in five years. When Pvt. Marsh went out for a smoke, we heard the sound of a .50 CAL sniper rifle: M107 Barret. Poor guy, staggered in the door, bleeding, then dropped dead. Hard being the Captian here, but I managed. Told everyone to ready their M16s, we had work to do."
~As told by Cpt. Vincent Marbourough, 101st Airborne Division

I'll be working on the level today, and will post screens as progress continues.

A few flaws I can see.
Quote: "like I haven't ate in five years"
Correct grammar: like I hadn't eaten for five years.

Quote: "we heard the sound of a .50 CAL sniper rifle: M107 Barret. Poor guy, staggered in the door, bleeding, then dropped dead. Hard being the Captian here, but I managed."
You spelt Capitan wrong and IRL, I .50 cal would blow your limbs off, or instantly kill you. There's no way you'd be able to stagger anywhere, unless it was your arm, then you would most likely survive.

Other than that, seems ok, I hope you actually get something done this time.

I sometimes get grammar mixed up; time to read the textbooks!

The .50 CAL hit him in his lower stomach, so he survived. Instead of a whole crowd of soldiers helping you (at least until v2) you'll have to rescue a POW.

Well, even I can't be perfect all the time

Quote: "The .50 CAL hit him in his lower stomach, so he survived. Instead of a whole crowd of soldiers helping you (at least until v2) you'll have to rescue a POW."
Still, the fact that anyone could even stagger is amazing Why not just make a gun sound play and you go outside to find his body lying in a pool of blood? Although, smoking during a war is a sure way to get sniped, so its kinda silly in the first place, no offense or anything.

From what I know if you are hit with a bullet that big, you will have your head removed even if the round misses. I don't think that guy would stagger after getting hit in the stomach...

change it to a bar more chance of surival a 50. cal would blow a hole in you
oh and change where he got shot to an arm or something as he would more then likely die of either blood lose or shock if hit in the stomach

I'm really confused now. First you said it was going to be in a warehouse, then you changed it to outside fields and now it's back to the warehouse? Am I correct?

Please make up your mind, this will turn into your old thread again.

The car is tilted because I didn't want it to look neat and careful, I wanted it to look like Marbourough needed to get to the warehouse ASAP.

Here's a different view of the fixed start room. You begin with an M4A1 and an M9 (ask me how if you want). Please rate x/10, thank you.
