Thanks for the red thread, guys.

Quote: "Hate to bug you, AI, but where'd you get that door?"

Both (the double and garage doors) are from MP3.
Quote: "How :p?"

I put an M9 on the ground, put an ammo box above it, then fitted a start marker on the pistol, equipping it with an M4A1.

Thank you, and no Tatters, you can't steal it. The Russian mercenaries are guarding it...with miniguns.

The last screen looks good. But it needs more things in it to make it look more like a garage.

It's actually not a garage; it's a loading bay (where items come in for storage).

Okay, there is a new enemy type for Kola, and it is the Specialist! These specially trained spies are usually wielding silenced pistols (AT9mm SD from MP6) or, on rare occasions, Miniguns. They are fast and deadly, allowing yourself less time to think and more time to shoot. Characters: MP1 specialists (obviously).

A few levels will involve you figuring out door puzzles (such as the underground nuclear-bomb shelter) and reacting very quickly to the spies, as they (in the bomb shelter bundle of missions) wield very powerful Miniguns. Just a warning. Kola will feature around 29-32 levels due to some levels being in "parts".

Yes. The gun would actually be a Microgun, a hand-held Mingun.
Quote: "How will you make them fast and deadly?"

I'll up their speed to about 110, and make them shoot their guns kind of fast.

Here's a screenshot of the under-construction fire escape. The whole pile of junk by the door is a barrier so no civilians can get out (they are trapped in a locked cellar, how rude!). Under this catwalk I'm standing on is going to be a few pillars and crates, and the far left wall downstairs will have a door leading to a big room filled with shelves and scaffoldings. Please rate x/10 and leave a comment, if possible, thank you.

I don't want the level to be too bright, but I've the ambience at, I think, 54, 54, 54, 53.

I have a request. Spend more time on your game than these forums! This thread seems more like a chat room than a showcase thread.

Your screens look OK. I've seen better from you. But still pretty good.

@ Kerrby: Soon, my friend, soon. I'll be working on Kola hopefully all this weekend due to a whole buynch of rain up here. Hope we don't get flooded.
@ Jenkins: Forums are like chat rooms, but with actual rules.

You really think so? No, sorry, you are completely wrong here.

See that sign at the top? It says "showcase". Not "chat room". I see alot of chatting but not much showing... That's certainly one aspect the "new" you can't seem to understand. Treat forums like chatrooms and you'll be gone buddy.

Showcase the game please... That's why you made this thread "Kola (wip)".

Thank you Butt Monkey.

Forums are not like chat rooms. Geek Culture is like a chat room. Showcase forums are forums where you show stuff hence the name showcase. Not chat room.

Sorry, I used to be on a forum where mods banned noobs, not vets who broke the rules (don't go to that forum, too many F-words).

EDIT: Due to stability issues, level 1 has to be redone, sorry folks.

Stop bloating your ego mate. You think becuase you've been on this forum for a year means your a veteran? Trust me, your not. After all those games you've given up on, there are people who have been on this forum for about a month that could be considered more veteran than you.

I don't care that your game has stability issues. You don't need to tell us this. It would get you alot less trouble. Just make the level, and give us screens.

Thank you.
