LOL! I really don't have a comeback for that one.

Can't wait to see the main page. You could go nuts with a Flash layout or a really professional-horror-movie-promotional style website.

We already have an idea of what we're gonna do, and it'll be pretty cool, building the atmosphere of the game.

Nice. I think that one of the best video game websites that I've seen was the Gears of War website. Although entirely in Flash, it was fun to see the background of the planet before "Emergence Day". Anyway, can't wait to see the site up and running.

Bad news. My webhost guy is running out of room on his server and wants us off, so we're gonna have to delay all this until we find a domain name and a hosting plan.

Bullet to the heart Inspire. But it's
funny because it feels of a faint deja vu... like...
knew this would happen... awkward. Do you have any
other host options Inspire?

*Also (off topic) but in your showcase of Gone for the contest, in
the first screen shot, what was the hex color for that light?
Just asking.*

Yeah, I kinda felt something would go wrong and delay it too.

Um, I'll try to find a decent domain name as soon as I can, I have a hosting plan in mind. I'm thinking about changing my team name too, to hurry this process along. Does Inspire! Interactive sound good?

The color was also "0b668d".

@Inspire: Cool

Hey,
Attached is a shot showing one of Cheese Cakes models in action, in a DS style enviroment. I would like to know your opinion on how the character type blends in with the game, and if you think it is a sutible character.

Thanks

I think it's a bit too bright compared to the environment, which is pretty much dark and grungy. I would probably darken the character's texture somewhat, and then it probably look fine.

Is that some kind of trick question? lol j/k but seriously...

I'm not just saying this, but it seems "To Perfect"
But yeah... a little to bright. You can just darken the texture just a little bit. Not to much because it should have a slimy look.

Question is, How does is NOT sound good?
Also thanks for the hex color code ole' pal.

Hey Guys,
After DLing the 1.07 update, I am still having some issuses with Cheese Cakes Models and characters. When they are placed inside a DS level, Some character appear invisible with shaders on, and some appear black and white. Also some blood decals appear red like normal, and some appear black (sort of grey scaled). If i turn the shaders off, the characters work fine, but that kinda wrecks the rest of the games looks. Could someone please offer suggestions to this problem, due to it's holding up game dev.

Thanks

CoZ

Why don't you contact Cheese??? It is his models were talking about that doesn't mix well with the shaders on.

**Just a thought... but he did send them to me faster than he wanted to. I requested them early, and he was very hesitant to give them at the status they were in. Just a thought... but I don't know if it would have to do with this issue.**

see this thread (or game) die like this.

Mods please do not lock just yet. Let me reason with him.

I hope you will see I want your dreams to become a reality.

I understand. But can I at least receive a screeny on how
you did the light mapping? And maybe some hex codes for the lights?
What about me doing that side story thing? I'm not penetrating the
story you've made at all... I just make a reference to "finding Paul"
I've also created similar textures for the environment so it can look
like the DS environments. I just need you light mapping knowledge with visuals and hex's.

I was kind of hopping to put my character in a post-nuclear accident.

And farewell mate! Parting is such sweet sorrow.

And well... what of my idea now? I have similar media
to create a look-alike and I have model packs 1-6, 9-10, and 12.
